Quality
The quality of Kaiku products begins with the selecting of the best fresh raw milk. The daily collection of milk from the best herds, their closeness to the production plants and a maximum interval of 6 hours between collection and processing, enable us to obtain raw milk of the highest quality.
Furthermore, for the sake of our customers' safety, at Kaiku we conduct double the health checks on the milk at the milking parlour that are required by the European Union. From this time onwards, the product goes through continuous and thorough testing throughout the entire production process, with the sole aim of providing our consumers with a product whose properties remain intact from the time it is collected from the farm until the end of its shelf life.
